Floral Design & Styling Process
+ Initial Consultation
We meet in person or chat on the phone to brainstorm possible ideas for your wedding or special event, including theme/style, color, season and flower availability, etc.
+ Design Concept & Quote
After discussing your event and determining the rough scale and quantity of your needs, we will present a concept for you, along with an estimate on price. At this point, you can decide if you would like to put down a deposit and reserve your date.
+ Refinement
After you've reserved the date for your event, we will stay in touch to refine your design concept and lock down details as the big day approaches.
+ Delivery & Set-Up
On the day of your event, we typically deliver flowers directly to your event venue and when possible, assist in the set-up of your ceremony, table arrangements, and other decor. If you prefer to have someone else set-up, we can do a simple delivery to the location of your choice, or you are free to pick-up the flowers if they do not require intricate set-up.
+ Booking & Payment
Particularly for weddings and large events, we recommend booking at least four to six-months in advance depending on the season. Subject to availability, we can work quickly to accommodate requests with a shorter lead-time. SWND can work with you to achieve the look you are after on almost any budget. Full payment is required at or before delivery and set-up.
